Two roles we are hiring

Drivers handle the vehicle and route, interpreters handle the language and visit notes — bilingual drivers are preferred.

Driver (sedan / MPV / minibus / coach)

Airport transfers, fairground shuttles, charters and factory-visit routes. Familiarity with Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan and Foshan industrial belts is a plus.

  • Valid licence (C1+) for 3+ years, clean record
  • Comfortable with all-day waiting and route changes
  • Minibus / coach: transport permit required
  • Basic English preferred (can serve foreign buyers)

English interpreter (Spanish / Arabic / Russian a plus)

Accompany buyers inside factories: audit Q&A, process explanation, price negotiation and same-day notes. Every factory visit includes one English interpreter by default.

  • Fluent spoken English is mandatory
  • Familiar with beauty, household, electronics or furniture terminology
  • Available for 1–3 consecutive days, notes on the same day
  • Spanish / Arabic / Russian earns a higher rate

Factory visits always include an English interpreter; buyers come from Europe, the Middle East and Russian-speaking markets. Drivers with basic English get priority for international clients.
